Description: I photographed this mallard in a little pond just recently and am quite excited about how this photo turned out. He showed little fear of me and sat and relaxed in this spot for quite some time. I am not a major bird photographer due to having not real long lenses but every once in a while a great shot presents it's self to those of us who are patient. This mallard duck was with a female that is just out side the frame of the image.
